Fajitas

Tonight was Fajitas.  Just to keep this simple, I made Brian Orr’s recipe.  It was awesome.  I used chicken breasts.

The one change I made was to the vegetables.  I like to saute my onions.  Adding a bit of Terriyaki and Worcester, simmering a bit until it all carmelizes, and adding sliced poblano and garlic.  The poblano adds a little heat and some crunch as it doesn’t wilt / deteriorate as much as a green peeper does.  Works out great.

Final point:  NEVER TOUCH YOUR EYES AFTER SLICING THE POBLANO (or any other spicy pepper for that matter).

I did it tonight.  It sucks.
